Site Servicing

Your next building starts with the ground it stands on.

Cleared, graded, and connected to water, sewer, and storm, all managed under your project.

What site servicing is

The work that turns raw land into a buildable site.

Before anything goes up, the ground has to be ready: cleared, graded, and connected to water, sewer, and storm services. Site servicing is that groundwork, and getting it right sets up everything built on top of it. Getting it wrong is buried under your building, where it is expensive to fix.

For site servicing, that groundwork also means the reporting behind it: functional servicing reports, geotechnical investigations, environmental site assessments, and utility locate reports, all in hand before a machine moves.

One partner, ground to finish

Skip the handoff between the civil crew and the builder.

On most projects, the owner hires one company to service the site and another to put up the building, then manages the gap between them. With Stolk, the site servicing and the build sit under one roof, so there is one schedule, one point of contact, and no finger-pointing when the ground meets the structure.

Done right the first time

What's underground has to be right, because you can't see it later.

Once the building is on top, a servicing mistake is expensive and disruptive to reach. We manage the work to the engineered plan, hold the civil crews to it, and know the local municipalities and their servicing and connection requirements after 60+ years building in Niagara.
