Construction Management

The management behind your build.

What it is

We run the project. You keep control.

Construction management is Stolk on your side of the table. We come in early, during design, and stay through handover as the administrative backbone of the project: building the schedule, tracking every dollar, and coordinating the moving parts so nothing falls through the cracks.

The trades are contracted and run separately. Our job is to keep the whole project organized and accountable, giving you one clear point of control and the same 60+ years of building know-how pointed at managing your job rather than self-performing it.

Choosing a path

Three roles Stolk can play on your project. Construction Management is the one you are looking at.

Management role

ConstructionManagement

You hold the trade contracts, we hold the project together. Stolk joins early, during design, and runs the schedule, the budget, and the coordination on your behalf. It is the right structure when scope is still evolving, when you want visibility into every number, or when the job has to start before the drawings are finished.

Another route, one team

Design-Build

We design and build it under one contract, joining from day one before design begins. One point of accountability from concept to completion.

Another route, the doers

General Contracting

We build it with self-perform crews plus subcontractors, joining once the design is complete. Stolk holds the trade contracts and the price.

Why It Works

The administrative backbone of your build.

Under construction management, Stolk is the office behind the project, running the schedule, tracking every dollar, and keeping the job organized, so you get one point of control instead of juggling it all. The trades are contracted and run separately; Stolk manages the process, not the labour.

When Construction Management is the right choice

Construction Management fits projects that need hands-on management, not just a builder.
