Active participation in the WSIB Health and Safety Excellence Program for over seven years, earning the WSIB Certificate of Excellence, demonstrating our long-standing commitment to safety leadership.
Safety performance is a core metric for Project Managers and General Foremen, directly influencing evaluations and accountability on every project.
All team members receive rigorous training, including Working at Heights, AODA, ESA, WHMIS, Workplace Violence & Harassment, First Aid, Health & Safety Representative Basics, Elevated Work Platform, and Confined Space, among others.
Mandatory monthly safety meetings, daily toolbox talks, and weekly jobsite inspections ensure safety is actively reinforced and monitored on every site.
Site audits are conducted by both Project Managers and the Health & Safety Coordinator to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Stolk maintains ISNetworld and Avetta certifications and ensures all supervisors complete the IHSA 2-day Supervisor Course, meeting or exceeding client and industry requirements.
