General Foreman
Position type: Full time permanent
Overall responsibilities:
✓ Leading a crew through the delivery of construction projects of various scope and size. As a General Foreman you will be the company’s key on-site representative and will work closely with the Project Management team.
An ideal candidate will possess:
✓ 5+ years of successful General Foreman experience within the construction industry; experience in the ICI sectors is a definite asset
✓ Experience in various aspects of carpentry and an ability to self-perform various construction tasks
✓ An ability to effectively develop strong relationships with clients, team members and suppliers
✓ Strong communication and listening skills
Lead Hand
Position type: Full time permanent
Overall responsibilities:
✓ To assist with the delivery of construction projects in the ICI sectors. As a Lead Hand you will work on your own and/or leading a small crew through a variety of construction related tasks to ensure delivery of a successful project.
An ideal candidate will possess:
✓ 3+ years of successful Lead Hand experience within the construction industry
✓ Drywall experience is a definite asset
✓ An ability to effectively develop strong relationships with clients, fellow team members and suppliers
